For feeding and non-pacifier/dummy Mummys...?

I had the TV on this morning whilst cleaning and noticed that on every advertisement for dolls inbetween childrens programmes, the doll had a bottle and a pacifier for the child to give them. Now obviously, it'd be a bit difficult for them to provide a for the children to pretend to feed them with but - if you are a feeding, non-pacifier mummy, will you get your child one of these dolls when they are older? Do you think the image of babies having bottles and pacifiers sticks with a child even when they are so young, so they grow up to think bottles and pacifiers are the norm?
