How can I make friends?

Well if you want to attract more outgoing friends then you have to start with yourself. Such as showing your personality through clothes and hair. Don't be afraid to stand out because when you hide who you really are then your going to attract people that you don't really want to be with. Also, be outgoing and talk more. Like if you see someone who's pretty outgoing then go up and talk to her/him. Like go up and compliment the person or simply go up and say "Hey, you seem cool" And if their friendly your good to go, and if they aren't just forget it because they don't really like meeting new people.
