Science Project Help!!!?

The shooter at Virginia Tech was dealing with mental illness and could not get locked up at his own and his fathers request. This cost society the loss of many young college students. I think if you do pursue mental illness this would be an interesting topic. How hard is it for people to get and pay for mental health care. What options do they have prior to lock up. Where would a person go if they felt suicidal or violent, who could they talk to, what if any insurance or advocacy exisits for. Maybe have a prayer box for all those that p your display for names of people that feel suicidal or know someone feeling suicidal or know some one that has already committed suicide.
