How do I become Catholic?

Ok so im asking this because im 14 and i really want to be catholic. Ive been baptist my whole life but ive never really went to church that much or been super religious or anything. ive kinda just got out of a bad time in my life and i still sort of am in a bad time but I feel like Finding god will help me and I wanna do it as a Catholic. But i need to get advice on how can I do this? When im older and can take the oppurtunity what do I have to do to become Catholic? I feel like Catholicism is the way for me. Also Please no attacking and joking answers about how priests molest kids and how catholics are weird or anything trust me ive heard it all and i used to say those things too but lets be mature please this is what i wanna do
