Pain In Toe After Scuba Diving?

I went Scuba Diving today at the Japanese Fueling Station on ComNavMar, Guam and we were at 45 Feet below, the last of my air Free Flowed, I ran out, couldn't find my buddy, then proceeded to do the Ceesa Ascent (Airless, Cannot Locate Buddy - Textbook Maneuver) and successfully made it up. Later and to this moment I have had aching pain in my Right Big Toe, could it be Decompression Sickness? I did not overexpand for I managed to get a Full Breath in and do the AH-H-H-H Sound as I ascended. Please help me with this matter I only have my PADI Open Water Diver Certification and nothing else.
