What do you think of my "mean genie" movie idea?

I don't have a title yet but a mean genie has made an outfit appear on Penelope so now Penelope wears a tucked-in T-shirt, belted pants and boots with the pant-legs tucked into them. The genie put a spell on the clothes so Penelope cannot un-tuck or take off her shirt or remove her boots or unfasten the belt or pants. She has to track down a wanted criminal, who is also a wizard, and return him to the prison, run by the genie, within six hours or her clothes will be stuck on her forever.
