39 weeks, baby still hasnt dropped yet any tips? what happens if my baby still hasnt dropped by my due date?

Im 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby he has been turned facing head down the past 4 weeks, im going to try taking a long walk today, doing squats and bouncing up and down on an excercising ball so hopefully that will get things moving, the past week ive been geting aches and pains and sore that are leaking much more than usual, i just feel my body is getting ready to go into labour, ive been also having contractions the past few weeks but i would say there braxton hicks as there not that painful, also what happens if my baby is still in the same position and has not dropped by next week which is my due date? will they induce me?
