Any Doc Here Who can ? Help?

Terrible menopause and HRT for 20+years with a quality of life never known. Recently fell at work and hurt R leg. Thought I had pulled muscle but was DVT. Scan showed 8cm clot above knee. PX 7.5 innohep and 5mg warfarin increased to 8mg as INF was (1.2) two days ago. Ret in 2 days for repeat INF. Stopped HRT when problem was diagnosed & having terrrible time and depressed. Where or who can help me now.
