Are you wondering whether the death penalty has a place in our penal system?

I think the requirements for death penalty cases should be higher. It should require strong forensic or DNA evidence, and not be based solely on witness testimony. But, I have no problem with the death penalty in principle. Taking another's life, especially with "exceptional cirstances" justfies the death sentence. Those exceptional cirstances include kidnapping, , drugs, etc.
