I doubt that most politicians acutally are very religious, republican or democrat. To answer your question, i think that will depnd upon the necessity of the bible thumpers votes. I do not put anything past any politician. Its possible that R v W could be overturned if the now "religious right" goes up for grabs to the highest bidder.
