Plagiarism Software Program?

I am looking for a plagiarism software program. I use to attend the University of Phoenix, and my enrollment counselor at the time told me about this software program that automatically cites all of your sources, detects plagiarism, and ists with summarizing, and paraphrasing. I have been steadily looking for this software program, but have yet to find it. I have tried a few similar programs, but they were awful. I no longer attend the University of Phoenix, so I am unable to call and ask the name of the program. Hopefully someone knows what I am talking about. LOL. Thanks in advance, for any advice.
