Ramadan: Can anybody explain this Verse from Quran please?

Rasulullah Muhammad SAW is the final Messenger and Prophet of Allah SWT. Bogus "prophets" like molester Rashid Khalifa or Mirza Ghulam or Elijah Muhammad are all impostors and their followers are out of Islam.
