A relationship held so far?

Ok, i have a girlfriend and yes i know her in real life. We're really good together and we really like each other. although apparently in 3 weeks shes moving for the school year, and well be in a 10 hour time difference on different hemispheres, were really good together so we want to continue the relationship but i dont know when well talk, somebody please please help i really like her alot and id do anything to stay with her
