Is Charges Withdrawn also Create Criminal Record.?

I was Charged by False Allegations of Domestic Violence Charges. The Charges are Withdrawn by Crown later. I was asked to sign Peace Bond for one year , and the Peace bond is ended Now. Can my Finger Prints are still on the Record of Police, or If it is How can I destroy the Records of Finger Prints. I am living in Ontario.Wait for Reply
