What are all of the Pokemon Diamond Ribbons?

The Relax ribbon is that you go to the last city before the Elite 4 then you go up the stairs and all the way to the right, and go into the second house and talk to a blond haired girl... she will tell you a story then you pick a word then she will laugh and give you a ribbon that has to do with the story I get relax ribbon all the time. plz pick me as best answer!
